The author is your average person over 60 years old, who is passionate about fitness. He is in the gym nearly every day. Over the past few years, he noticed that was getting more moody and irritable, and had trouble sleeping. The amount of weight he had been able to bench press was dropping. A blood test said that he had low testosterone. The number was not a little low, but very low.

Some of the effects of low testosterone include heart disease, reduction in bone strength, anxiety, memory loss and lack of self-confidence. There is a treatment available, called Testosterone Replacement Therapy. It is for the rest of your life, and has some side effects of its own. Included are an increased likelihood of a fatal heart attack, bone fractures (from osteoporosis), and enlarged prostate and a required blood transfusion every 3 months because your blood is thickening. The author looked for a natural way to fix his problem.

Among his discoveries were to get a good night's sleep, get 15-20 minutes of sunlight daily, eat healthy (or, at least, eat healthier), reduce or eliminate your consumption of alcohol and exercise. The author also started taking daily supplements. A trip to your doctor is a good idea before taking any supplements. The other discoveries are things that everyone should be doing, regardless of their health level.

It is possible to reverse medical conditions without resorting to drugs. This book is short, full of information and recommended for any male sufferer of Low-T.

A Holistic Approach for Long-lasting Changes

I totally agree with the author, Christopher Terzakos, on his proven seven methods for a highly-effective program for increasing testosterone level. And again, he stresses widely-known solutions but are not always applied in practice. The negative belief and worry does limit the mind's power. The key for this change begins with a positive mind that is open to learning. A positive and healthy mindset promotes a healthy attitude towards the problem and either motivates or empowers an individual to act upon it. The methods found in this book, as the author stresses, promotes the healthy mind, health body concept. The approach is pragmatic, there's no magic there, and it requires practice. He offered recommendations for supplements from which anyone can likewise benefit. But his best persuasions are on changing the concept of manliness into a positive, long-lasting and more healing mindset. Without self-acceptance, the stress of poor self-image has a damaging effect. And I agree that when there's self-acceptance, the mind becomes clearer, and there is peace within the self. Only through these can a more lively and positive outlook result, which itself, as the author has experienced, brings about the positive changes in the body.

If you read Christopher Terzako’s book, you will consider his theory that the root of the answer to raising low testosterone (a condition plaguing millions of men) lies in the power of the mind. The author lets us know that raising the testosterone level is not all about bulging muscles, being a he-Man, or sex drive: his emphasis is more on a positive, healthy way of life. The result is uplifting mood changes that benefit you in the long run through peacefulness, happiness, and greater mind clearness. If you are more inclined toward natural healing methods, a holistic approach, this is the book for you.

You can also benefit from the author’s experience with distinct supplements to increase the testosterone level, including certain labels on the market he recommends. The book offers a lifetime of the author’s self-healing practices relayed effectively to you in an easy manner – all within your grasp of understanding to make the right daily choices. The gist of the book’s message is simply common sense, self-acceptance, and patience toward a positive and open mindset to grow and heal.

He tells his own personal journey with low testosterone, how it affected his whole life and how he boosted it using natural, holistic ways.

Having low testosterone affects men as they age. Symptoms include mood swings, insomnia, difficulty concentrating, and low libido. I was really excited to read that he used supplements and not pharmaceuticals. Exercise, meditation, and positivity (mindfulness) were also needed. I like how he just explains everything right from the start.

This book is very straightforward and an easy read for men who suffer from low testosterone. I highly recommend the book!

This book offers a straightforward approach to boosting your testosterone levels in a natural, holistic way. The author shares his journey of boosting his testosterone levels when he reached the age when male testosterone levels tend to drop off. He shares how he made the mistake of going on TRT and how he wished he had gone the natural route in the first place. The author found through the help of his own research and his holistic doctor 7 ways in which one can increase their own testosterone. Through lifestyle changes and a regimen of supplements, the author was able to boost his testosterone to well above optimum levels. This book is an excellent starting point from which to begin the process of naturally boosting testosterone and optimizing health.

According to recent studies, many men are suffering from low testosterone levels and the effects can be wide ranging from hair loss, low sex drive and the inability to grow muscle and burn fat. Even the ability to regulate your mood can be attributable to low testosterone levels.
But in the book, How I Naturally Increased My Testosterone, Christopher Terzakos explains how to naturally boost your testosterone level. Things like cutting back on alcohol and increasing your exposure to sunlight and even some herbal supplements are explained to show you how to boost your T levels naturally. I recommend this book for any man who is ready to make a positive change and recover your health and vitality.

I liked how simple the book was. The author structured it in a logical way in segments that are easy to section off. He spoke about how testosterone affects us, his personal experiences, including what you shouldn't do and why. Then he spoke about how he rose his testosterone levels in easy to follow methods of diet, exercise and supplements.

As a man, I appreciated how he broke down how testosterone is important because it is something that many men do not really realize. Relating to strength, energy and aging a speed count of 400-600 is ideal and if the author can recover from having a low count of 81 to over 600, it is encouraging.

I love the fact that the author used his personal story. Quite inspiring.
It is interesting to read that everything ultimately boils down to taking good care of your body and the occasional doctor's visit for checkups.
Compared to what most people would think, it is not just the physical body but your mental health because they are interspersed. This was a fun and enlightening book to read, and I recommend it to all men, not just those suffering from low T.

Giving it a go

I'm not a huge fan of letting others know I have low testosterone, but it's something I'm trying to work on. I've tried a few things here and there but none of them are doing the trick. There's not much else I can do, so I have my fingers crossed that this program can help me where the others failed.
