As Sheila Bridges sets out to record a year in the life of her family, trying to work out just what life is all about soon becomes a recurrent theme. Bridges is a columnist for "Parentwise" magazine and the New Christian Herald.
I've read and re-read this book. It's great to read the ups and downs of a normal Christian family life. I especially felt for the writer during the unknown time of whether or not to move, and I love how God keeps reminding her to trust Him when, like all of us, she tries to cope under her own steam. There are plenty of comical moments which made me laugh. The next book is great too!
