A short book crammed with info on different canoes and techniques to use them. The opening section on the canoes themselves is extremely outdated, ( this was written in the 80's), but the rest is good stuff, although I think a bit more detail is needed. Bu there is a couple newer editions out there now, his newest being with Falcon Books I believe. And I will say this, he likes his exclamation marks! In the second half of the book there is probably an average of one every paragraph!
