Research on teacher learning and change has too often excluded personal development in considering professional development. This work argues that the development of a professional identity is inextricable from personal identity.
Slow to get going (and not exactly what I was hoping it'd be about), I of course got interested the second teachers started telling their stories. I vacillated between giving this book 3 or 4 stars, but, then, who's going to look for a review of it in the first place?
