Very good job of explaining some of the confusing over tones and ripple effects of abuse.

It hard just to read it, it took courage to write. I can but only imagine the pain and agony that she must have felt at every word of it. It is a survivors manual, something that all must read and understand. It will help out be there for someone you love someday and sometime when they really really need you.

This was a good book especially if you have been abused or know someone who has.
