Normally, I would not give a reference book, particularly a legal reference book, 5 stars... but this is the holy book of immigration law.
That being said, rating/reviewing this book is pointless:
If you are not a practicing immigration attorney, then you do not want this book. There are plenty of books/websites better suited to readers casually interested in immigration law, or to immigrants and families navigating the procedures. Best of all, those will not set you back $350+! (~ $200 used on Amazon at the time of this review).
If you are a practicing immigration attorney, then you already own Kurzban's.
