OK. Primary focus is diabetes caused by glycation, and inflammation caused by AGEs and ALEs. Pretty up-to-date for 2007. Not a bad summary/overview, but I've read better.
I'm not prepared to rate this without some objective testing. I will say that my A1c is down from a year ago, and that's before applying any of his advice except adding fish oil.
