This workbook is a series of lessons for the elementary schools. This workbook is part of the Teach Them Young African American History series about the African American experience, beginning in African, and continuing through the present day. This workbook will teach our early readers about the beautiful and important of the African American history and experiences, through in-depth questions, videos and activities for kids to check for understanding, along with giving your child a greater understanding of the lessons they complete.
Children will learn a new story about an African American in history or and experience of their journey. This workbook coincided with a series of early reader, reading books. If you want to take another look and the time and times of the African American history and experience, grab the books to help you and your child understand their history even more. This workbook is meant to guide children and their families down a path of enlightenment through an under taught history and experiences of those who came before us and paved the way for the black excellence we see every day.
