'I wonder why' are a series of fact-filled books that explores a variety of topics. We used these books as part of our science topic in key stage 1 with our focus being 'inquisitive'.

Written in a child-friendly and conversational way making it easy and accessible for children to follow or choose for themselves during independent reading. These books are educational in an amusing and imaginative way and are a real delight for readers who want to know more about the world around them.

These books lead to great discussions as a class and allowed them to write their own 'I wonder why..' questions on our working wall.

This book has common answers to questions about the human body such as what are goosebumps, and why do I breathe. This book would be good for 3rd and 4th grade because it starts to answer common questions about the human body.
