Nice little book full of short exercises, mantras, Meditations 🧘‍♂️ that can help you relax, recharge and be more positive throughout your day.
It covers Morning, afternoon and Evening ideas 💡 to keep you feeling your best.
Very short introductions on things such as oils, crystals, colour therapy, Teas, Massage etc that one might want to dive deeper into but in this book it’s been kept quite shortlisted. Which is fine else the book would be huge lol
