Rate this book

A concise practical book on Voluntary Simplicity, a moment away from a lifestyle of high consumption in favour of one that is ‘outwardly simple, inwardly rich’.
Living a simpler life – call it Downshifting or Voluntary Simplicity is one of the most significant lifestyle trends in the 90s; there is no book on the subject currently available from a British publisher. Elaine St James is the guru of the movement in America; this book will be her UK debut. It will be suitable for downshifters and all those seeking a life of more fulfilment.

Quick easy read with lots of good tips. I have decided to re-read this - I think it is a good time to do so - being the start of a new year and some say a new decade!!!
