Berlins Weg zur Elektropolis: Technik- und Industriegeschichte an der Spree by Sigfrid von Weiher of 1974 is a poorly written but highly informative account. Its text contains an abundance of stylistic errors, which must suggest also errors of the content, but its illustrations alone already will not easily be found elsewhere.
