The author has a good imagination, but I didn't like the book. The author should have been born during the hippy era, as he seems to think a combination of intelligence and ecstatic/hallucinogenic experience are all that is necessary for spiritual growth. If that were true then the hippies would have revolutionized the world and the entire planet would be basking in peace and love and prosperity. I think the author should get a very tough editor if they want to continue to write, whoever edited this book didn't do half of what was required, imo. I won't be reading anything else by this author.

It's not much of a science-fiction in my opinion ... more like psychedelic erotica. There isn't much of a plot either, but the psychedelia is very convincing. Yes, I believe David Jay Brown really is very good at remembering his acid trips.
