Beautiful photos

When I was at the library, I happened to see this coffee table book of photographs of la Virgen de Guadalupe in all her various reincarnations throughout modern day Mexico. She is the patron saint of Mexico, and her image is found everywhere--from the shirts of soccer players in Morelia to cans of cooking oil to flags celebrating Mexico. Lucky for me, there wasn't a lot of text, since my Spanish is rusty, but it was fun to look at all the photos. We are going to Tepeyac where the church was built in her honor, where she is said to have appeared to Juan Diego in 1531, and I'm sure I'll have a chance to see her all over the place.
