Not an exciting read, but interesting and informative. I worked as an ATC for 30 years and was 6 years into that career when this book was written. I read it then and just reread it to see how much had changed by the time I retired in 2016. As important as my job was, it was just a small part in the overall airline industry. It’s interesting to see how it all worked together and how it evolved over the years.
