"...and somethings are meant to be skimmed just taking what you need."

I usually don't prefer books that have website links as part of the content - it is a guaranteed way to shorten the usefulness of books as the links begin to fail, even if all the websites are still new, better websites might have risen since.

However, I liked the idea it offered. In my opinion, Tomaiuolo could have included a bit more on the storing ideas without fear of turning it into a data structures book.

Wow! There is so much in here that it boggles the mind. This would be a great reference book for a library.
In here you'll be led to a huge variety of online resources--Scholarly articles, Newspapers, Art & Images, Reference, Expert Advice, and, of course, Literature.
Best of all, he keeps his book updated on the Web!
