As Romeo takes the first breath of his second life, memories of the brutal battle between the Sticks and the Alleys have left him scarred. Facing the reality that Fidel savagely killed his beloved Queen Elizabeth fills him with revenge. The Sticks throw themselves into combat training in preparation for the next battle, but the Alleys have something else in mind. They attack the Factory and kidnap Twinkle Toes. Or has Twinkle Toes turned traitor? Romeo knows it is up to him to save everyone, but how? And so starts his dangerous journey to become the hero he was meant to be.
The book that I read was The Nine Lives of Romeo Crumb Life two, by L. Rifkin. The Genre of this book is fiction because cats can talk in in human language. The setting of this book is in New York City, The time period is in the 2000's. The main characters of this book were Romeo Crumb, Fidel, and Tabitha. This book was about how all the sticks needed to take training classes in case anything bad happened with Fidel. Next something did happen and Fidel took one of the sticks and Romeo and his friends had to go on a huge journey to the statue of liberty to find the stick. I rated this book 4 stars because it was very action packed and fun.
I really liked this one. It combined the ideas of a true hero and leader, and complete, total, and un-dieing friendship. It really hit me as a good book, Not because it was better that the first one, but because it was really believable, as if this could actually happen with humans. It was, I think, the best one in the series so far.
it was a very good book.i enjoyed how romeo solve most of the problems like he gave flowers to calvin ,or he use the door to get out of the island.what i really didnt like is how twitch died.in my opinion, he shouldnt have died.he was very important, and all i know is that in the next book, romeo is going to die in a more painful way
