Okay, this book is great for getting one enthusiastic about Spirulina. So, in essence it is really effective advertisement. And granted, it includes a lot of good info on the health benefits of this awesome algae. But other than that, it seems a bit outdated and repetitive. Maybe it's better to stick to more condensed info on speciffic websites.
