This is a good reference for those looking for a position that involves writing. The book is broken down by industry and then details salary, skill set, duties, and career path for different positions.
The downfall of the book is that it was published in 2006, so salaries and a few other things are outdated. Even with this setback, you still can get a good snapshot of a variety of opportunities.
