Gina is a hunter, as was her mother before her, and so on down her family line. Her goal in life is simple. Kill as many vampires as possible, which Gina is exceptionally good at, until she meets a cocky, seductive vampire named Lance.
Lance, a 600 year old vampire has seen much in his time on earth and had to deal with his fair share of hunters, but none like Gina. There is just something about this one hunter that causes feelings within him that he hasn't felt in centuries, if ever.
What started as a game for him and a job for her ends up developing into passion with an intensity that is beyond anything either of them has ever experienced before.
