As far as traditional/religious text based commentaries go on the book of Ezekiel, I think this one stands out. Like other commentaries in the Artscroll TNK series, the commentary accompanying the Hebrew and English text is comprehensive and culled mostly from traditional sources such as Rashi, Ramban, Rambam, and other Rishonim (I.e. Medieval rabbis) and Talmud/Gemara. The commentary openly acknowledges that certain parts of the text are not decipherable, such as Ezekiel's vision of the Chariot, given the unique nature of the vision. The commentary also points out to the use of paronomasia (wordplay, puns) in the visions. Apparently, dire prophetic utterances incorporate more sophisticated language and stylistic linguistic devices to emphasize the serious nature of the message being conveyed. The result is a text - while serious in its message - that is beautiful and poetic.
