The Boston Red Sox team formed in 1901. At first their team’s name was Boston Americans. Then later in 1907 their team name changed from Boston Americans to Boston Red Sox. One of their star pitcher Cy Young pitched in four world series game. The Boston fans are very loyal and still had faith in the team after 86 years of not going to the World Series.
