Marney, a boss of a small cleaning company in Milan, Italy Marney is forced to pay a 10% commission to Chiesa, a Socialist politician in order to conclude a contract for cleaning a municipal nursing home. When indignant Marney makes an accusation to Milan police, neither he or Di Pietro, the sheriff who handles this case would think that this commission case could trigger a nation-wide anti-corruption campaign code named MP, and would never expect that this scandal could give rise to a political earthquake, which ultimately leads to a reform in electoral system in Italy.
