The aura is a combination of the natural energy your mind, body, and soul emit. This electromagnetic field normally extends between three to six feet from your body. If your aura is very strong it can extend an even greater distance.
On the other hand, if you've been through a lot of trauma and negativity in your life, your aura can become very weak, small, and filled with holes or rips. It can even develop a hard outer shell that prevents anything from entering or exiting your aura field.

This is a short book (let's be honest, it's booklet-sized) that includes a nice guided meditation template followed by a basic summary of colors and their meanings and uses. I gave it 3* because I expected to learn more than just one exercise (the meditation). There was a quick suggestion to just intuit what your friends' and families' auras look like without going into any real detail... I was hoping for more information.
Simple to understand, yet sweeping in context and very informative. Especially about how the aura around everything connects to energy work. These are ideas I recommend if you are ready for them.
l was expecting little more l guess. She talked about her first book assuming that all her readers knew what she was talking about overall I got something out of it.
