This was a typical book for this genre really – I enjoyed it but it didn’t massively stand out hence the rating of only three stars. It had a good story line, was paced well and there were plenty of unexpected twists and turns. Unfortunately for me I couldn’t ever really warm up to the characters so although it was a nice, fast read it wasn’t one that will stay with me – I think the ending didn’t quite sit well with me either but I can’t go into details without going in for a massive spoiler.
