All chickens all the time! Nothing but chicken jokes, chicken riddles, chicken puns and chicken puzzles.
For a book nearly fifty years old only a few of the gags are dated, referencing telegraphs, say, and a few 1970s movies, shows and celebrities -- mostly Henny Youngman. And I actually found them all fairly amusing. The puzzles and games are pretty good too.
Co-author Katy Hall became more famous under her married name, Kate McMullan. My daughter and I have read a bunch of her Fluffy the Classroom Guinea Pig books.
