Good read full of some great sales advice. Primarily for standard non-enterprise sales.

Memorable quote:

I was given this book as a door prize at a marketing meeting I attended. One of the suggestions in the book was to go into book stores and put your business cards in the books that match the type of work you do. I went to Barns and Nobles and found many books I thought would be good matches for people who needed my service -- hypnosis. I also found other business cards in those books.

I stood in the aisle at Barnes and Nobel and laughed until the clerk came to see if he could help. I didn't have the nerve to tell him what I was doing and what I found so funny. I should have realized that the guy was from Dallas and has been telling people to market this way for years.

Now I know why I keep receiving copies of The Treasury of Quotes (another one of his ideas). I decided I would go with fortune cookies instead and I hand them out with a quip about changing your fortune with hypnosis and attach my web site.

I do recommend this book to anyone and everyone who is not in the Dallas area!
