Read this book in ENGLISH, even though I'm not an English speaker and that's why I'm so proud^0^

So more than fun introduction knowledge, I got many new technical terms and interesting vocabs. I got the practice of patience, but also happy to deal with this 200-page book as I knew I would explore more and more new things:))

Oh YEAH, I read the version of 216 pages, not 192

I, as the master degree student of department of Sport Science, found this book really interesting, especially for beginners who love reading and interested in Sport or Psychology, or even people who're working in the careers of acting, business, coaching, education, or any other could also read this friendly yellow book and adopt things they got to their work field.

For example, teachers could use Chapter II: Reinforcement and punishment to push their students, making them go farward at the max of their dream path. Executives could use Chapter VI-VIII to set the goal and take into actions with their team, or even observe and make their collegues' shining points shine in the different situations.

Last, I would like to thank you DR. Arnold Leunes for writing this one-of-my-goos-book lists and Kinokuniya bookstore for selling this open-my-world book.

I would try out other English books again for sure!
