This book is about enhancement of performance of passive distribution networks towards active distribution networks in support of sustainable development. The author has shared his thesis and provided a view towards current power generation and distribution networks. Various methodologies of Distributed Generation (DG) using new and advanced AI technologies are discussed and among them mainly , Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Modified African Buffalo Optimization (MABO) are used for analysis and obtained results are compared with other methodologies which showing superiority of the used techniques.
