Maik studies martial arts in China. In his book we learn a lot about chinese martial arts but also about martial arts in general. in refers often to western and japanese martial arts. we also learn a lot about the people and the history of china. i just can recommend it. it would help if you have some knowledge about martial arts and know some arts by name.
