Being a woman in leadership is complicated...but there are steps which you can incorporate
So the title of this book may be long but the ideas are pretty to the point. I really liked this book and the various points and ideas which the author puts forward. Some things are common sense, but I guess it depends on someone having common sense if the first place, while other steps are well laid out and can be quite powerful to women in the business community. I think this book is a must read for any woman who is on their journey to leadership roles, a woman who has recently started in a new leadership role, or someone who has been in leadership for years but feels stalled in their career. This book can be a great tool for any woman, not matter what size the company, industry, or career path may be.

One of the best books in this space. Easy to read and so relevant. The way the chapters are structured also makes it enjoyable to follow, and to apply.
Highly recommend it to any female leaders regardless where they are in career stages.

It's alright. I think I expected more from this book. There were some good points, some very obvious points - overall, this book can be a nice reminder to those who are already in manager/leader positions or are working towards them.
