I admit I was not a huge fan of the Johnny B.Badd character in the 1990s that Mero portrayed in the WCW league, but I can respect the character today. Mero was a pro wrestler in the WCW and then in the WWF (now WWE) winning several championships. He is now a motivational speaker who encourages people, especially the youth at churches and schools to make positive life choices.
This easy to read book (and short at only 90 pages), gives the reader how to choose to be a happy person by making good choices, and that happiness is a choice in life. Topics like who to hang out with (and don't hang with), how to forgive people, and just being grateful is one of the few books in the genre I have read that makes you feel as enthusiastic as the author himself. A wonderful read that you will return to many times.

Simple, short book. I think his speeches are more inspirational than the book. Think positive is his big theme behind recovery and living a fulfilling life.
