“There is a story told in Yosemite that succinctly summarizes the appeal of the park and the infinite diversity of its wonders: A lady visitor, who wanted to spend her time in Yosemite to the best advantage, asked a park ranger, ‘What would you do if you had only one day to spend in Yosemite?’ ‘Madam,’ the ranger replied, ‘I’d weep.’”
Thus ends this wonderful descriptive book about Yosemite, where I spent a few glorious days with my mother in the end of March of 2012. I’d like to go back and experience more of this spectacular national park, and truly hope I will one day.
