Mr. Gallo writes a solid book on the differences of western management styles and how to blend them into the Chinese workplace. There are some good points and actions you can take to be a more effective leader in China. Overall, the book does not break new ground, so if you read Mr. Gallo's book you can skip others.

This book had some good chapters and some ok chapters. The first part was better than the second and third.
