This book is interesting--though not as good as I hoped. For example, it suggests that we need to assess our strengths and weaknesses and then says, OK, go do that. Not too helpful. So, I'm seeing this as an overview book, and in that sense it has been interesting. I'll keep reading.

This was just like all other self help books. It didn't really stuck out to me as something that I would really stick to or stick with as a guide to bettering myself. I love the little tidbits of information in the corners of the pages, but other than that this wasn't a five star read for a self help.
