I have been reading this book all day. I am buying it. I loved that it gave all sorts of information on how to enjoy the Sabbath. How to cook for it and the prayers and their meanings. It was a comprehensive look and it is something I thoroughly enjoyed.

I gleaned a few bits of helpful information, but I also found the tone to be a bit stern, and somewhat proselytizing.
