essential for virologists. Other techniques then covered are isolating, identifying, concentrating, and purifying viruses. Electron Microscopy as applied to virology is also explained. Chapter 6 is about creating virus vaccines and chapters 7 and 8 cover antiserum production, monoclonal antibodies
and antiviral drug testing. The final chapter describes the methods used to study plant viruses.
