The Scarlet Arms is an exclusive brothel run by the underworld heads of the city. But compared to some of the other forces at large in society, these girls, their employers and the assassinations they carry out are doing the work of angels. "Mysti" was raised to be a display princess in this world, but her fierce nature drives her to become an active agent. And it comes in handy when she is assigned to stop a playboy sadist who targets debutantes-- the very role she used to chafe at.

It's also good that she doesn't mind playing dress-up...because it's going to be a dance of the seven veils to lure this sleaze in for the kill.
