Since I wrote this book, somedays I'm really proud of it and other days I find a dozens things to improve. So I'm not giving myself the 5 star rating so much as letting readers on Goodreads know how other people have rated Magic Refrigerator. I was thrilled when my sales exceeded 3,500 and when it was accepted as an MTV Movie Awards Celebrity Gift in 2007. But the greatest joy are the emails, internet postings, calls, letters, and comments from readers- some I have never met- who tell me my book inspired them, gave them hope, even changed their lives.

Here are a few:
"Magic Refrigerator was inspiring, uplifting, moving, and funnier and more fun than it had any right to be. A book that makes you want to bring out the best in yourself and others, written with a warmth and wit and charm that radiates from every page....I couldn't put it down." Iain Morris, co-creator of The Inbetweeners, the most popular comedy movie in British comedy history, London, England.

"A transformative, hilarious and sometimes heartbreaking adventure from beginning to end...For anyone trying to reinvent themselves in a seemingly impossible world, this book inspires while providing pragmatic principles for overcoming any challenge." Marchelle Bradanini, international pop singer-songwriter, Los Angeles, California

"This book helps you believe in yourself, your dreams, and your aspirations! Anything is possible once you read Magic Refrigerator...This is a must read for everyone at any age!" Kara Mullins, director of development, The Phillips Collection, Washington D.C. posted to Amazon.com

Short, sweet, the REAL DEAL OF LIFE. Looking back you see the balance in life. She's been through the Best of Life and the Worst and hasn't lost her humor. I am kinda going thru some of the same, but different gunk in life right now. But, boy, am I wiser for it. Thanks, Lolly. You are just getting started so keep it coming! Cindy
