It was fun to read the stories behind many of the beloved Norman Rockwell paintings. I was especially excited to find the story behind the painting, 'The Girl with the Missing Tooth', that adorned my walls throughout my childhood. I was interested to find out that Norman Rockwell died the year I was born. I have always loved his paintings and now I have an idea of the inspiration he had.
