This photographic guide is designed as a companion for the traveller, local or international, who is interested in Australian reptiles. The guide identifies 231 species covering the most commonly seen snakes, turtles, tortoises, geckos, lizards, dragons and skinks of Australia. Each entry is approximately 100 words in length and includes common and scientific names as well as measurements. Each species is accompanied by a colour photograph and a distribution map.
