the left-hand page has simple information about the place and situation of the journey, plus details of the project for the child to attempt on the right-hand page. Situations include a picnic amongst plants and insects, the desert, a stormy landscape and a farm. The projects relate to paintings by a wide variety of artists, including Copley, Bellini, Van Gogh and Cezanne.
