Shortly upon Lisa and Jeff Lawson returning from their honeymoon, they encounter a man who is incarcerated for a robbery that ended tragically. As the prison chaplain, Jeff attempts to reach out to this young man who is obviously traumatized by the event. In the process, Jeff finds out that this mystery man was apprehended with a fake ID and no one seems to know who he really is. Jeff requests the help of his now good friend, Officer Rick Kelley. Rick tries to help Jeff as much as he can, but he is dealing with some of his own dark secrets from his past. Soon this young man and Rick's circumstances put them on a collision course with one another. See how God works to bring them together so that a prodigal son will find his way home.
