The Rest Must Die by Richard Foster (1959, 176 pgs, out of print, free read available at Internet Archive)...Nuclear bombs have leveled NYC with a few thousand survivors left down in the subway system. Unable to go top side due to radiation those remaining group into factions and start warring over what little food, etc, is left over. The apocalyptic theme is too wide to be covered in 176 pgs but it is a fun, action packed read...Not bad & not great, but I recommend...3.5 outta 5.0...
