Leave The Gun Take The Cannoli: A Wiseguy's Guide To The Workplace
From getting along with your boss to effectively communicating your needs, this little book will teach you to swim with the sharks, not with the fishes. A collection of movie and television quotes from film noir and gangster favorites, Leave the Gun, Take the Cannoli translates tough-guy talk into words of wisdom--teaching white-collar workers how to get the respect they deserve and keep it "strictly business" in today's cutthroat world. Written by Kurt Luchs, a former staff writer for Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher, this humorous gem is an indispensable handbook for anyone on the move.

This is one of my favorite little books. It is basically a collection of quotations from mobster films and shows. The quotes are used to illustrate various business concepts such as etiquette or ethics. It is an entertaining book, and it is a very quick read. I usually reread it when I need just something quick to browse, so finally decided to add it in here. If you like mobster movies, or just quotations books, you can give this little one a try.
