Somewhat disappointed- I was extremely surprised that this book held more pictures and glitter than actual content. None of the recipes, save for the lotions, which I already knew the basics of, actually required household items or materials. I was looking for simplicity with spices and everyday ingredients, but the requirements were basically the same as you'd find on the back of a mascara package. To me, the book's saving graces were the 'ingredient' chart and/or benefit for the lotion recipes, and the lotion recipes themselves. They seemed practical and basic.
Last thoughts? If I'm working towards a more organic/financially affordable means to that organic lifestyle, the chemically saturated recipes within this book will not help in that arena. I'd much rather search for them on pinterest, instead. : )
