Over the past five years, Francis Alÿs has been walking the streets of Hyde Park; the City of London; the National Portrait Gallery; the streets close to Regents Park. His walks involve a diverse range of collaborators from 64 Coldstream Guards to London commuters, as he delves into everyday rituals and habits of the metropolis. Presented here are conversations, essays, photographs and drawings which document and explore the project in its entirety.
