Harry's Children

Rate this book
It is 1965 and, despite still grieving for Bronwen, most of the time Harry is happy and settled with his second wife and their baby girl. Between them they now have eight children, who seem to be growing up faster than Harry can comprehend, bringing joy and pride and, sometimes, worry and anxiety. This third book in the series is all about the children as they approach adulthood and deal with everything that life throws at them; their careers, their romances, and the gradual realisation that the disease that cut short their mother’s life could affect one or more of her children. Despite some of the children moving away physically from Newton Heath, the family are closer than ever and provide strength for each other in difficult times.
