How to write a short short story is a very practical book for writers in general, especially those who wish to write, you guessed it, short stories. Stella covers all the basics such as the history of the short story, how short your short story should be, how to target the reader, and other steps you should take to get started, edit, finish, and even revise your own short stories. You are also given tips and insights as to how most editors read and review the short stories that come their way and what are some great ways to have your story stand out amongst the crowd. Stella whitelaw has been a very succesful writer so I suggest if you are having any problem writing your own short or even long stories grab this book and give it a look. It isn't ver long so most every page andn suggestion are right to the point and you can easily flip through the table of contents to find the problem you are having. Then all you have to do is flip to the page and "voila!" you've found your solution.
