Now 82 years old, Edith McCall--the award-winning author of more than 50 books--has lived alone for the past three decades. In this inspiring work, she shares both the philosophy and the practical approaches that have allowed her to consistently triumph over loneliness. Readers will gain practical wisdom by learning of the specific experiences that have nourished Edith McCall's heart.
This book disappointed me. I thought it would bring perceptive insights about how to enjoy life growing old as a single woman but it is just the author’s narration of her travels around the world after her divorce from 30 years of marriage. And since this book was written in 1994, the travel scenario and tips are not even applicable anymore today.
